Management supports participation in the program by all employees and provides the proper equipment, training and procedures necessary to achieve this goal. Furthermore, it shall be the responsibility of management to review the program on a yearly basis for its effectiveness. Employees and Sub-contractors shall be responsible for following all directives and procedures, working safely, and whenever possible, improving safety performance.
